Refunds and Returns Policy

We offer refunds, replacements and repairs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and based on the terms set out in this Policy.

We do not offer any refund if you change your mind or find the same product cheaper somewhere else.

If a product is damaged in the process of delivery:

  • a) We will repair, replace or refund the damaged product, provided you contact us within 12 hours of receiving the product.

We may refuse to provide a repair, replacement or refund for a product if:

  • a) You misused the product, causing the problem.
  • b) Customer selections within the design process caused the problem, including poor quality, low resolution and design errors.
  • c) Any other exceptions under Australian Consumer Law.

We aim to process any requests for repairs, replacements or refunds within 5 days of knowledge of problem. Although, we are not responsible for delivery time taken from dispatch of replaced or repaired product to arrival at customer address.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 12 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at team@bigdaybanners.com.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems. This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Big Day Banners are not responsible for: Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer, poor quality or low-resolution of banner or uploaded images, design errors made by the customer in the banner creation process, mistakes in user-selected options such as quantity or product type, and damage to the products occurring after delivery. Please review your banner carefully and correct any mistakes before placing your order. Big Day Banners does not review documents created by its customers prior to processing.
